It could be the enertia switch was activated some how. Was it in an accident? There is a reset button under the dash on passenger side(that's where its at on my 98). If that's not it, you have a fuse for the fuel pump. Also, under the hood is a relay box with more fuses. if the fuel reset is not under dash try behind the passenger kick panel

You can locate your blower motor relay switch by looking at the diagram in a service manual. The blower motor relay switch should be below the dashboard on the passenger side of the passenger compartment.

The turn wingnal switch flasher or relay is located on the inside of the cab on the firewall. You will find it on the driver's side almost at the kick panel located up out of view (you will have to get down on your hands and look up and under the dash.) There is a relay block here with several relays. You can find the signal relay by turning on the signal light and listening and "feeling" for the relay cycling.
