It depends what the policies are for that particular school, but what you do now (no longer a student) is really your business and that of the teachers. There are some events, such as getting married, that emancipates a minor, but graduating from high school does not. I know several people (myself included) that graduated at 17 and left home, but only with parental permission. Even in that case, you are still a minor and need your parents 'help' to do things such as signing a rental agreement, or anything else that requires a contract.
