i think you can, but the only way to know for sure is try it...you cant miss til you shoot In Texas if you sign the contract and take the car in posession, you are done with no recourse. If you have not taken the car into posession, you can block the contract's completion. This is from several dealers finance managers and the DOTx web page as well.
