Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, exercise bike, regular bike, swimming, walking, boxing, jump rope, gymnastics, at your desk, on a mat, in a gym, lifting weights. There are plenty of ways to exercise. Just be sure to do them correctly, don't strain or pull a muscle. Drink plenty of fluids. Find an exercise you like and will do often enough to get some use out of.
