Loosen the nuts holding the blade - remove them if necessary. 2) Loosen the blade tightener - generally adjacent to the blade - needs a flat screwdriver. 3) Hook the new chain on the sprocket driver and slip the blade back towards the sprocket and install the chain in the blade groove. 4 )Tighten or replace the nuts loosely. Make sure the blade tightener is in the hole on the blade. 5) Replace the chain tension with the screwdriver. 6) Tighten the blade nuts and recheck chain tension. It should move by hand.
