Is Allah going to save the Muslims when the world ends?

No; the Hadiths of the prophet make it clear, Allah will destroy absolutely everything, total anihilation. Then, he will bring it all back, miraculously leaving within the people who were destroyed the memory of their destruction, the purpose of that according to Islam is to leave no doubt as to who God is. No, sorry, but, the only thing that makes Muslims special, is that Islam saves you from hell. Hell is not eternal BUT, its so unpleasant you do not want to get sent there, that is the view of Islam. Consider this for a moment; some of the worst prisons in the world, are the ones in Latin America. You do not want to get sent to jail there; you'll be dead within a month. In Honduras, what you get for "food" is "bean water." To prepare beans, you have to wash them first, boil them, and the residue water, from the cooking I mean, is used to make soup, it has some nutritional value in that the water contains lysine. However its not real food; like I said in a Honduras prison, you get a piece of bread and bean water. Or, 10 guys will kick you into a bloody stomp and take your bean water and piece of bread. Now that you know what prison is like in Honduras, would you like to spend 20 minutes in there? Come on now; its ONLY 20 minutes! What's wrong? After all its only temporary, why not spend 20 minutes in there? See? Just because hell, according to Islam, isn't eternal, that does not excuse an immoral life and getting sent there. According to the Islamic view hell is worse than any man made prison, the prophet once famously said, that hell is so horrible, that when God created it, the angels who first saw it started crying, and to this day, those angels are still weeping. If save from hell, yes, that is the ultimate reward of Islam, in that faithfully following guarantees you won't get sent there, provided you are sincere. If you are an extremely good Muslim, and engage in Jyhad, traditional Jyhad which involves reciting the Koran all day, praying, praying and praying for 3 to 5 years until the soul is completely purified, you may attain the Muslim version of sainthood. Although not a prophet, Islamic imams hold the view that the Koran has the power to purify the soul if you recite it enough times. So much so, you are able to perform miracles, and if you purify yourself even more, God may even "take you unto heaven like he did Ibrahim (Abraham)." You don't need to die, you are simply taken away to heaven. Don't think for a second though that its "escapism;" its a lot of hard work, real Jyhad I mean. Someone once told me that in Saudi Arabia, 99% of the men who try, give up within a month.
