Yes they are both a good way to loose weight quickly and are both good for muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance.
Cardio and aerobic exercise is essentially the same thing. Elliptical machines provide this sort of exercise.
you are a cheater!:) i tried typing in the same thing ... haha
It is and it isn't. It completely depends on what your aim is i.e loose weight, get aerobic fit or cardio fit! In themselves they are quite different. We all know what cardio is and its usually done for longer periods of time . . . while sport aerobics is high intensity and not for as long. So it practically depends on the individual and his or hers needs. :)
Ofcourse! Any exercise is good. But don't do same thing every day, because your body gets used to it and it doesn't have so much effect. And every once in a while add time to your cardio exercises, few minutes or so.
Cardio-respiratory endurance is the ability of the body to support the dynamic exercises which we do with large groups of muscles in the body during a period of time at different levels of intensity. Cardiorespiratory fitness is a measure of how well your body is able to transport oxygen to your muscles during prolonged exercise.

I do weight training and cardio in the same day. I will lift for usually 1.5 hrs then do 20 min oflight-moderate cardio (fast walk on incline on treadmill). I would advise you to not dostrenuous cardio after or before a workout, that can hinder your gains. Keep the heavy-strenuous cardio to your days off from lifting.

Yes they can if the older adults can still handle the same thing that they did a long time ago. Morgan Hills
Lifting weights and doing cardio will never stop your growth it will actually help it. The hormone (GH) or Growth Hormone is produced from lifting weights because you are triggering the pituitary gland to produce the hormone from the exercise. Same goes with cardio. working out in the gym or running will not stunt your growth.
