yes it can be degraded by some restriction endonuclease which act some where inside the DNA and than can be 2nd position also
An enzymes called nuclease ( nucleic acid degrading enzyme ) degrades all DNA that is not protected, such as DNA in the nucleus.
The PCR reaction can be used to amplify DNA from all three sources mentioned. PCR relies on the use of short stretches of DNA that are 6 - 12 bases long to attach to the target DNA (the source where the DNA is coming from) so that the polymerase enzyme can make copies of the target DNA. As long as these primers are available (they can be commercially purchased in many cases), PCR can be carries out on fetal cell DNA and viral DNA. Fossil DNA however, may have undergone degradation. DNA has to be of a certain purity for PCR to work. If the fossil DNA had degraded or broken down, PCR cannot be carried out.
All DNA is different so yes the DNA of 2 mosquitoes does differ but not much
DNA ligase
DNA is Deoxyribonucleic aciddeoxy = oxygen removed from the 2' position of the riboseribo = contains the sugar ribosenucleic = was first extracted from inside the nucleusacid = DNA is negatively charged because of its phosphate backbone
the bases are all degraded, which means that the information needed in the degraded DNa will be unreliable, error-prone, damaged enough to inhibit replication or even if it does replicate, ensure reliable wild type translation of functional protein products

Because it was scientificly innacurate!
The degraded condition of the old building made it unsafe for occupancy.
DNA polymerase
The Degraded was created in 1980.
The duration of The Degraded is 1800.0 seconds.
T-DNA, which is part of the Ti plasmid, is protected by vir proteins (encoded by vir genes also present on the Ti plasmid) after it is excised. Plant restriction enzymes cannot attack T-DNA bound my vir proteins since the enzyme cannot gain access to the interiors of the DNA.
DNA is deoxyribose nucleic acid and RNA is ribose nucleic acid. The difference is there is no hydroxyl group on the 2' position in the sugar of DNA. DNA is double stranded. RNA is single stranded. And in RNA the base thymine is replaced with uracil.
The verb for degraded is degrade. As in the action "to degrade something or someone".
The cell's main offfice is the nucleus (DNA) which makes plans for what the cell will do and then orders it done.
In DNA, the sugar found is 2-deoxyribose. In RNA, the sugar found is ribose. Both are 5-carbon sugars. The only difference between them is that the first mentioned above has one oxygen atom less than ribose sugar, at the position 2'.
