I would say yes that I think it is but I can't be sure. This is NOT a guarantee but I think that frequency is the most important factor. Again I get a better source than me unless you want to risk it.
Venus is important because it effects Earth's climate. The more we learn about Venus the more we know about our solar system overall.
This one is fluorescence. The example of high-lighters is that they absorb UV light (so-called "black light") and re-emit at the visual range, yellow, pink, orange. UV is a higher frequency than visible light. Just so you know, there is no process where something absorbs low-frequency and re-emits at a high frequency. The same idea, light being absorbed and re-emitted at a different frequency - has two main types. If it happens immediately, it is "fluorescent" (think highlighters in a black light) If there is a delay, it is "phosphorescence." Both effects and the delay in the second, are the result of quantum mechanics.
The higher the frequency, the faster the motor will spin. This results in better cooling, so the motor can be designed smaller. There are other effects as well, but perhaps this will get you started.
yeah
Virtually everywhere on the globe is experiencing the effects of global warming. Mississippi is no exception. For Mississippi the effects have been higher average temperatures. Last year (2012), for example, was the hottest year on record in the US. Other effects Mississippi experiences are more violent storms. Storm frequency itself has not increased, just the energy of gulf storms, due to warmer seas.

Robert J. Gay has written: 'The effects bof an experimental training procedure for football players on the frequency and severity of knee and ankle injuries'
No. Gravity effects its' orbit but not its' transmission frequency.
Effects
Describe the effects of training and inspections.
More important for what. If you use the analogy with sound, the frequency of light is the pitch of the sound (also the frequency of the sound waves), and the intensity is how loud it is. Both are equally important, but for different reasons. Sometimes you want a low frequency, sometimes you want a high frequency. Sometimes you want low intensity, others high intensity. Depends what you want it for.

The wavelength and the energy are automatically changed.
Aerobic training increases the volume of blood in the body.
The Reversibility Principle dictates that athletes lose the effects of training when they stop working out. Conversely, it also means that detraining effects can be reversed when they resume training. In short, If you don't use it, you lose it.
