Alaska used to be inhabited mainly by the natives, and could be considered independent, but were never actually a country. It was later converted to a Russian colony before the America gained it.

Hawai'i was a country, going from a kingdom to a republic. Later on it was annexed by America and became a state soon after Alaska.

Because the people of Hawaii were robbed of their country which was, before the illegal American annexation, the Kingdom of Hawaii which was welcomed into the family of nations by both the British and French empires, but the United States refused to acknowledge this and out of American protestors on the islands, they were illegally obtained and held to this day . Hawaii was a sovereign independent nation with both a government, constitution and its own army and navy . It was by civilized standards a sovereign nation . It should be independent because of these reasons . It would be like America invading Mexico or Canada and annexing them (even though at one point in history this was a possibility) . The fact is the Hawaiians are a distinguished people and should have their independence because of America robbing a smaller and weaker nation of its lands based on little to no reason .

Which Territory was not received from war?

The answer that you are looking for is the Louisiana Territory. However, this question overreaches. While Texas gained its independence by a war with Mexico, it was independent before it ever volunteered to enter into the United States. This was also the case with California. Hawaii voluntarily entered the Union. Also, like the Louisiana Territory, Alaska was purchased, in this case from Russia.
