The Pro is better - i have heard the air can break really easily because it is so light and flimsy.
I disagree. The air is faster and easier to carry around. The pro might freeze now and then, but the air wont. I have it and it never broke on me once or froze on me.
It depends, if you're looking for more memory and amazing performance, get the mac book pro. If you're looking for something to travel with or a simple, basic computer for Surfing the web or email etc., get the mac book air.
Depends, MacBook pros have more storage and faster processors. MacBook pros are better for video editing, photo editing, light gaming, music production, etc.. But macbook airs are better for web surfing light video editing. And many other things. Macbook airs have faster storage which means you can open stuff up faster. . I really depends what you want to do with it.
The Macbook Pro , because it has a DVD-drive , a faster processor , bigger hard drive, larger memory.
The MacBook Air doesn't have a DVD drive , has a slower processor, and has a small hard drive capacity , not much memory, much slower.
Source: I'm on a MacBook Pro Right Now
it depends on what your looking for macboook pro is heavier and has more sive therefore it has a bigger operating system if you want a skimpy and "pretty" one go with macbook air if you want an uglier but much better go with the macbook pro.i like mac book pro better cuz i like YouTube and i watch vids on it and if its prossecing system is small then they take time to load and i hate that.
It depends on what your needs are, if you need a computer that has an optical drive and that can have several programs loaded at once running simultaneously without any lag then the Macbook Pro or the iMac is definitely the answer. The air will feel snappier when opening programs, but if you have loads of programs open at once then you will notice it will be slower, if the computer is only going to be used for opening web pages then the air will be fine, but if you want a computer that can handle more programs running simultaneously, has an optical drive and bigger memory then the Macbook Pro or iMac is the best. There is rumours going around that the new Macbook Pro will have no optical drive so it will be very similar to the Macbook Air, whether these rumours are true or not is a different thing. Apple never release information on new products until they want to, so I wouldn't rely on what all the rumours say. But it is a possibility it might not have an optical drive on the next Macbook Pro.
When it comes to the Macbook Pro and the iMac there really isn't a huge difference because they are both powerful machines, the iMac is a bit more powerful, but only a bit, I have the 13 inch Macbook Pro i7 750GB and it is a brilliant machine, can handle a lot of use especially when using some hardcore programs. The main thing I would say to determine a decision between any stationary and portable computer is: do I want to be able to carry it around? Will I take it on holiday? To a business meeting? Do I want to carry it around the house to a different room?
If it was me, I would go for the Macbook Pro because I like having the option to be able to carry my computer around and travel with it. I also like things that are compact and easy to put away when I'm finished. But only you can decide.
The Pros are the more powerful models and feature the same processors as competing top spec laptops. The 15" and 17" pros have dedicated graphics cards which can compete with the best gaming laptops, though they aren't marketed as such.
The 13" models use integrated graphics only much like the Air but have more powerful processors, acting as a go between model for those wanting something a little more powerful than the Air but don't need the graphics performance and extra cost that comes with the 15" and 17" models.
The Air is an ultrabook spec laptop aimed at customers looking for more portable computers. They use similar processors found in the 13" models but ultrabook versions. This means they have lower processor clock speeds and usually lack the turbo boost feature which maximises the battery life of the machine.
That's easy. If u need light useful comp. for browsing internet, presentations. If u need to have it on your bag with comfort u should take Air, but if u have work that use hardware depends software for comfortable and fast work, like GarageBand, FinalCut, A. Photoshop and so on and so force - your choice is Pro
MacBook Pro has better specs than MacBook Air. This means MacBook Pro is better.
Depending on your needs I would compare them side by side. Do you need an optical drive among other things? Is mobility a higher priority? Weigh them out and decide.
The Mac Book Pro is better than the Mac Book Air.
Depends on what you are looking to do with it. The air is a smaller more compact laptop, and the pro isnt as compact, but a lot more powerful then the air
The Mac Book Pro is better than the Mac Book Air.
mac book air
To program for Mac or iOS, you need a machine running OSX.
Ha has a macbook air!:)
Mandem will die bruv
The only disadvantage to a Macbook Air is the fact that is does not have a CD/DVD drive, nor does it have the Retina display. It also has less memory and it also costs just as much as a Macbook Pro if you get the 13.3" model. But it is lighter and thinner. If you use it allot when traveling and a size and weight are important then it is a good choice. I personally would buy the Macbook Pro 13".
Mac book pro
Mac Pro is better than Mac Genius. Mac Pro is a faster computer than Mac Genius. It has old Mac based proceesors but it is faster.
The best laptops would be mac book air mac book mac book pro 13 15 17 hp laptops The worst laptops would be Toshiba
A mac book pro price varies by location and store. The price can differentiate based on location and store and sale dates. The mac pro book often goes for over $1000.
it depends... Pro has better things in it and is better for the pro and better for editing movies and other things like that Air turns on in like 5 seconds and o is awesome but doesn't have some important features like a CD drive. I would prefer a macbook Pro but i just have a macbook.
one is a machine and the other is someone who is really good at it??? (was this a joke?)
