Best Answer

Neither. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is no more a cult than any other religion. It is not typically regarded as 'mainstream', but there is nothing about the conduct of the Church or it's members that is cause to say it is a cult or 'sick'.

Is the most fraudulent of all the religions Mormonism?

Mormonism is just like any other Christian religion, each religion being with their individual differences, so if Mormonism is fraudulent, then all of Christianity is fraudulent.

Is it a fact that Mormonism is a practice in make believe and doesn't make you any money and therefore not true because you have to go outside the religion to make money so it incomplete and false?

The short answer is "no." The longer answer is something like "No; what are you smoking?" By your standards, apparently Amway is a valid religion, as is bank robbery, but Mormonism, Catholicism, Protestantism, and essentially every other form of religion is "incomplete and false." That's just messed up. There are plenty of things that might cause a reasonable person to doubt Mormonism (no offense intended). The fact that you "have to go outside the religion to make money" is not one of them.

What is the religion that was adopted in the Persian empire?

The Persians were very tolerant and did not interfere in the varieties of polytheism which existed. The imperial cult of Zoroastrianism remained just that.

Did you know people will believe just about anything and Mormonism is proof of that?

No, actually that is a false statement. There are many opinions about religion in general and Mormonism in particular. To cite the two extremes, some people think religion is a source of good, that guides believers and gives them hope. Others think religion is silly superstition that leads to war and divisiveness. It is not useful to single out one religion (in this case, Mormonism) as an example of myth, when in fact, all religions, ideologies, and belief systems contain founding stories that really can't be proved but can only be believed. While I am not a Mormon, I have friends who are, and they are intelligent, educated people with whom I have differences in theology. But it is not accurate to say they will "believe just about anything." Their faith matters to them as much as mine matters to me.

What was the status of Judaism in the early Roman Empire?

Judaism was just another religion or "cult" to the Romans. The Jews were taxpaying provincials and as long as they behaved themselves and didn't start a revolt or riot or do anything nasty to the Romans, they were free to practice their religion. This freedom also applied to the Jewish communities in the larger cities throughout the empire.Judaism was just another religion or "cult" to the Romans. What do people have against Mormonism?

The reasons why people dislike Mormonism vary widely. Most often it is just because people dislike beliefs and opinions that are different from their own. Some people have been misinformed about Mormonism and dislike it because of information which they think is true but actually is not. Still others dislike Mormonism just because it is a popular thing to do, although they may not know much about it. Others are against Mormonism because they were once a part of it and have felt wronged or offended by it in some way. For the most part, most people seem to either a.) recognize that they don't really know enough about Mormonism to have an opinion about it; or b.) think that it's a fine religion for those who choose it although they do not personally agree with it's doctrines or practices. Those who are actually antagonistic against Mormonism are quite few, but they are a very outspoken bunch.

Religion and culture what it effects of unbalanced diets on the health of individuals?

Culture is a great thing for society because it shows are past and our mistakes so we can move past them but to put it bluntly religion is not a good thing not even for health id say. Religion is dangerous it can lead entire nations into thinking killing is great as long as its an enemy and if you happen to harm the good ok just feel sorry and go about your day. the true fact of it is religion is just a huge cult getting into the minds of children early and the ignorant all the time. i can't stand it. please for health's sake don't do it.

Is religion a cult?

Religion and cults are distinct concepts. Religion is a system of beliefs and practices shared by a community, often with widespread acceptance and legitimacy. A cult typically refers to a more extreme or authoritarian group with manipulative or controlling practices.
