The Scandinavian Peninsula is ~780,000 sq km in size. But that only includes some of Sweden and Norway.

But "Scandinavia" as all of Sweden, Denmark and Norway, it has a size of ~878,000 sq km.

But that, sort of also includes Svalbard, Jan Mayen and possibly other overseas possessions, but the Faroe Islands, and Greenland are, also, sort of overseas possessions, (though they have a much greater autonomy, as they are different nations) making this previous answer completely irrelevant as they were not included....

Anyway, the total area of the Nordic Countries, (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland) and their possessions is 3.5 million km², making them 200,000 sq km bigger than India.
(Greenland accounts for 60% of the total area).
But countries with a comparable size of the Scandinavian Peninsula + Denmark (~820,000 sq km) are Namibia, Mozambique, Pakistan and Turkey.

Is oslo Norway or bergen Norway closer to the coast?

Both cities is close to the coast. Bergen is located near the Westcoast of Norway, or the "Norwegian Sea". Oslo is the capital of Norway, and it is located south in Norway. It lays next to a big lake, that stretches all the way to the ocean, that seperates Norway, from Denmark. But i think that Bergen is closest to the coast.
