Sort of. Although regular carbonara uses pancetta (Italian bacon) which is basically bacon but it isn't smoked, bacon works just fine too so you can just substitute pancetta with halal turkey bacon and it should be just as good (preferably thicker turkey bacon).
If you have some cream to go with your eggs, bacon and Spaghetti you could make a Pasta carbonara. It is usually made with pancetta or ham but bacon would work. Mix your cream and eggs together then add it to your cooked pasta ( the hot pasta will cook the eggs but keep stirring so it forms a sauce) and add in your cooked pieces of bacon. Add seasoning and herbs and garlic if you like, and a bit of chilli if you like it spicy. You don't need the toast.
To make pancetta, you will need a fresh pork belly. This is the same cut of meat used to make bacon. Trim the pork belly into a square-ish shape. Rub it with a dry cure consisting of salt, sugar, spices, etc. Let cure in the refrigerator for 7-10 days, turning every day. Rinse off cure and dry thoroughly. Roll the pork, and tie with butcher's twine. Hang in a cool, dry place for 15-20 days. Slice, cook and enjoy.
You will need 25 pounds of hamburger to do that.
Take 2 babies and pop them in a blender, then pour into your carbonara mix. I recommend using Doritos to scoop the rest out as a tasty side dish.
You don't need any meat to cook spaghetti for 250 people but you need about 1lb meat per four persons to make bolognaise.
