Obviously, since biological warfare is illegal internationally, there is monitoring for this and there has been no report of this having been found. As far as we know- NO- the most recent Swine Flu pandemic has been traced back to Mexico City where this viral disease ,infecting the upper respiratory tract of pigs, mutated and passed over to humans that were in close contact with the infected animals.

According to the Hague convention rules of warfare, BIOLOGICAL WARFARE IS INTERNATIONALLY recognized as ILLEGAL . In addition, It is considered unchivalrous, inhumane, and unethical. Although, I wouldn't put it past some countries today who have proven they have a total and utter disrespect for human life.

No. There is no empirical evidence of this. Testing among swine has indeed shown more than one mutation of Type A H1N1 influenza over the years. And the WHO and CDC and multiple other health and public health entities have determined that the cause was natural mutation like viruses have done for millions of years.
