Yes. Its only an audio output. If you want pin outs, do a search in Nasioc.com under Impreza stereos. I can't remember the exact link. Have fun Osei
I have a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT (Wagon) and haven't been able to find a hitch. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? If I am able to find a hitch, I would then try to get the Outback trailer hitch wiring harness from my Subaru dealer. I would expect the wiring in the two cars to be the same, but I suppose they could be different. I noticed the Legacy wagons don't have the rear 12 volt jack that the Outbacks have. This is something I'd like to add too for one of those electric coolers. That would be nifty I think. Thanks . . .
No.....They look the same but they are not the same. The wires have been put in different places.
Inferior wiring and connectors can impact performance, but cost doesn't always translate to quality. You may find that the harness is inexpensive because of overstock, etc. Any replacement wiring harness should have the same color wiring as the original factory harness.
no
find wiring harness in the back of the vehicle the same one that goes to the tail lights wire it through that wiring harness use test light to make sure you arein the right wiring harness
Yes and no. As long as the motor is the same, the harness should be the same.
If the motor is the same the wiring harness should fit. Only thing I would check is the sending units. As long as both vehicles have gauges or both have warning lights all should be fine.
Go to your local Chryser dealer and ask them if the part number is the same.
NO. The computer and the wireing harness is different and so is the fuel pump / pressure.
I assume it is the same for my 96 Impreza, but when I changed mine, I poured it in where the transmission dipstick was through a funnel
Subarus all have a connector for a trailer wiring harness built in. There is a supplemental trailer harness that you purchase from your hitch supplier and it just plugs right in. Instructions are available on-line. This one is for a 2001, but they have been the same for a number of years.
