Yes. Take out the rear bench seats and there's an access panel underneath. The panel is conveniently smaller than the fuel pump but that can be easily changed with a set of pliers. Disconnect the fuel pump from the fuel line and do your business. I've done it myself a couple times and it doesn't take longer than an hour tops.
