∙ 15y agoNo. if you're going to get married overseas you usually sign the certificate and such before the wedding and such even goes down....this even applies to Hawaii....which is odd since it's a u.s. state!

∙ 9y agoYes, if a person got married in the Bahamas it is legal in the state of Florida. As long as all the paperwork was filed legally in the Bahamas, the marriage is legal anywhere in the world.
