EVERYONE speaks a foreign language. It may be familiar to you, but it's foreign to someone. But just because it's foreign to someone doesn't mean it's foreign to you. Rely on the facts you can see for the physical world. ___ Incidentally, it is perfecty posssible for two people who speak the same language to be foreigners. Think of the large number of countries where English is the main language (US, Britain, Canada, Ireland and many more; think also of the Spanish-speaking countries ... The issue of whether or not someone is foreign and the question of language are not as simple as the question suggests. To the first question they may be Hindu or muslim, or have been born in Another Country but may still be a British Citizen. I speak French badly. English is my main language.
