Yes, your betta water conditioner should be a standard water conditioner that can be used in any fish tank.
Accidentally bought tropical fish water conditioner that contains aloe vera and I have a fresh water common goldfish, is it still safe to use on my goldfish ?
no you would have to use water conditioner to remove dangerous chemicals
There isn't really anything that you would have in your home as standard to make the water safe for your goldfish. Provided that your water is safe to drink, it's best to purchase water conditioner from the pet store that should be used during every water change per the directions on the bottle.
Water conditioner is for removing chlorine from tap water to make it safe for fish to live in because chlorine will kill fish. Bottled spring water does not have chlorine so why on earth would you consider using a chlorine remover? If it ain't there, you can't fix it hey?
Tap water is the best water for betta fish! There is no need to go out and buy expensive betta fish water...it's no different then tap! If you want to be sure that the tap water is safe for your betta, put in some sort of conditioner for the water.
Bottled water is missing many of the minerals that fish need for their bodies. If your tap water is safe for you to drink, then it is safe for the fish provided that you use the recommended dosage of water conditioner per the instructions on the side of the bottle; you can buy this at a pet store.
yes you can use any type of water for gold fish but to be on the safe side i would go out to a store and buy a water clearifyerwell ive had my goldfish for 6 years now andi have the basics;4l fishtank,2 goldfish,100g fishfood flakes, thermometer, and decorations.and i also use tap water and nothink else.but i always clean the tank out everysunday night at 5:00pm at night.hope this has helped you like it helped me.
As long as your tap water is safe for you to drink, then yes. You should consider buying the water conditioner in liquid form so that you can use exact amounts rather than being limited to a specific dosage due to the tablets
I think my puppy drank water from car leaking from air condition
you can not simply keep two betta's safe in one aqaurium. for them two be safe you need to use separate aqariums that are distant from each other or use a betta aquarium divider that is not clear so they can't see each other.
Yes i have two goldfish and they stay in tap water. But we have a special droplet thing that makes the water cleaner. I am a person that changed this.....You do not need a tablet...My goldfish have lived for almost 2 years on tap water that we clean ourselves...It was great...we just got a new tank today, and we are hoping that they both get ajusted to the body temperature.
Assuming a beverage is safe in one hemisphere it will be safe to drink in the other as well.
