Technically speaking grease would neither an acid or a base due to its polar and non-polar similarity, however the internet can say it's a base or an acid or even both, but the true percentage is a grease leans towards a base around with 75% which leaves room for an acid concoction but however in my opinion I believe this is neither an acid nor a base. (Stated this is my opinion known as a hypotenuse)

They will mix. Olive oil is much healthier than canola (LEAR) oil. *LEAR - low erucic acid rape seed oil, erucic acid is a known carcinogen.
Rapeseed oil is just another name for Canola oil, from the Canola or Rapeseed crop. It derives its name from a Latin word for turnip. It is also related to cabbage and mustard. Canola oil is actually oil from two specific varieties of this plant. Canola is a shortened form of "Canadian oil, low acid." The acid content was why rapeseed oil wasn't in wide usage for cooking. However, when these varieties with low acid were discovered, it became a good alternative to other cooking oils.

no...it comes from the rapeseed plant. Canola stands for Canadian oil, most rapeseed plants are grown in Canada (and the word canola is a much less offensive term than rapeseed). Canola oil is called LEAR oil in Canada(Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed oil), erucic acid is a known carcinogen, Canola is a combination of CANada and mazOLA, Mazola (corn oil) was it's main competitor in the US when it was introduced to US markets.
Canola (canada oil) Oil is processed from the seed of the rape weed. Originally it was used as a synthetic motor oil. "Raw" rapeseed oil is high in erucic acid, a known carcinogen, and must be processesd to reduce the erucic acid content. This cooking oil was originally marketed as Lear Oil, low-Erucic Acid Rapeseed Oil, but later was named Canola oil when marketed to the United States. One of the best selling oils in the US at the time was Mazola Corn oil. So Can(ada) (Maz)ola became the marketing brand.

All cooking oils are equally fattening. They all have 130 calories per tablespoon. Of the three you mention, olive oil is the healthiest, with the most oleic acid (monounsaturated), only safflower oil has more. Corn oil has the least of these three. Canola (rapeseed) oil contains erucic acid (a known carcinogen), which the others do not.
Canola is rapeseed. The name Canola is a trademarked hybrid plant first grown in Canada. So Canola Oil is a specific kind of rapeseed oil.
