actually if u r on dieting alone no doubt weight will loose but with exercise or jogging or brisk walk , it will boost weight loose as exercise will increase metabolism, dieting reduces metabolism

Food intake is definitely more important than exercise.... One can exercise profusely but not achieve any weight loss if their eating patterns is incorrect. One should eat smaller meals but frequent... Like 6 meals a day is encouraged so as to increase the metabolism. Also, in these meals, one should focus more on protein like meats etc and less starchy carbs which converts into sugar as it enters into our system. Also, a reduction of sugar intake is recommended.... Say for instance, one should only ingest 10% of carbs or 100g or 5g or sugar per 100g when choosing their food.

Not that exercise is not important... It is... but without a correct eating pattern and eating the right foods, one will not achieve any weight loss. Walking a lot is also recommended.
