Moral turpitude is generally a a term used in employment contracts.

So if you incited a group to riot and your employer had this in your employment contract, yes it could be considered Moral Turpitude.

Another View: The legal definition of moral turpitude refers generally to conduct that shocks the public conscience. Offenses such as murder, voluntary manslaughter, kidnaping, robbery, and aggravated assaults involve moral turpitude. However, assaults not involving dangerous weapons or evil intent have been held not to involve moral turpitude.

When is conduct a crime and when is a crime not a crime?

The crime of inciting to riot can be ruled by some judges and jurisdictions to be carried out by an ABUSE of the freedom of speech- Someone shouting out Racial epithets at, say a ball game or boxing bout with the idea of Triggering a race riot- could be charged with inciting to riot- this is not the same as say, assault and battery or vandalizing autos, stadium property, etc. Fans shouting (hit the Trigger, Kill the N-R at a Boxing bout did happen and might have been prosecutable if a Riot started. This happened at the Johannson (white) versus Paterson ( Black) boxing bout.
