∙ 18y agoWhat you described is usually implantation spotting. But I would see your doctor incase its a urinary tract infection. These are very common during pregnancy.

∙ 18y agoSpotting in pregnancy is not normal but if your scan was normal and you have no cramps I don't think you need to worry. constipation can indeed casue a red /pink smear on the paper.
