I am not sure but as I have heard from various sources that includes old and wise people, scholars and history that the spirit of Lord Shiva is trapped in that black stone, and if any Hindu pilgrim pours milk in that black stone, the trapped spirit of Lord Shiva will be free and all the people who follow or practise Islam will meet their end....
