I don't think it's a question of good or bad. It's a question of culture and custom. Fashion is always changing. For many years, it was the custom for women to wear long skirts. But in modern times, this has changed in a number of countries, and today, it is not unusual to see women wearing pants (or "trousers" as they are called in British English). There is really no reason, other than perhaps if her religion does not allow it, why a woman cannot wear jeans, or a pant suit. There is a verse in The Bible about a man not dressing like a woman (and vice versa), but again, in the old days, fashion was different, even for men. It was the custom for men to wear long robes, but few men dress that way today-- yes, some men in the Middle East still wear garments that look like long robes, but if they are doing business, most of these men will generally wear the acceptable business attire of a suit and tie. So, there is really no good reason why a woman cannot wear pants if that is comfortable for her and if her culture does not have customs that forbid it.
