IF you can talk the lender into it, yes. LOL
You can't become a citizen of England - there is no such thing. People born in England are British.
No. The US Constitution requires the president to be a natural born citizen of the United States. It also requires a president to be at least 35 years old and 14 years a resident of this country. So not only could a British citizen not be president, but even a British citizen who gave up British citizenship and became a naturalized US citizen cannot be president.
Even if you are a Canadian citizen and now you have gone and married a permanent U.S citizen and he is a missdemenor , it is possible, as you may not know at the time of marrige and he is only a suspect of murder.
yes if you are a citizen or a resident. I am not a citizen or resident of America though.. im citizen of Canada
yes because he is British CANADIAN i think ============================== A person must be a Canadian citizen in order to vote in a Canadian federal election.
Yup
It is possible for U.S. citizens to apply for permanent resident status for their foreign spouses. After a certain amount of time, the permanent resident spouse is eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship.
A free citizen.
A US citizen would have to apply for a visa and become resident. Alternatively they could marry a UK citizen. In addition a British Company could invite the US citizen to work in the UK and apply for a work visa on their behalf. There are quite a few ways to do it legally.
Yes all you have to do is become an American citizen. <><><><> Citizenship is not required. My stepson is a British subject, and a US Marine. However, the Australian would need to become a Resident Alien- someone that is admitted to the US as a permanent resident (emigrant).
i do believe Britain requires you to surrender your American passport upon getting a british one, i.e. becoming a citizen of Britain -- no dual citizenship was allowed. at least that was the case a few years ago. so you are still American.
If you are a British citizen and have a British passport you do not need a visa to visit Switzerland, just your passport. The same applies to all other EU citizens. If you are a citizen of some other country but are resident in the UK, check with your local Swiss embassy.
