NO, you more than likely do not have any damage as the 2.4 is NOT an interferance engine. The water pump is driven by the cam belt so to save yourself labor costs down the road, replace the water pump at the same time you replace the cam belt. The life of the pump is about the same as the belt. Belt should have been replaced at 105,000 miles. You are lucky!
