AnswerDon't know for sure, but it sounds like bad sway bar bushings. Answerthat means your cv axle u joints are going out. when you turn left and it makes the popping noise or like a galoping horse, that means the right side is bad. and visaversa for turning right. it should cost around 150-250 to fix. - On my 2002 Cavalier it made that noise and it was my strut mount had gone bad. Was about $50 to have it replaced since it is kind of dangerous to do.
The clunk is probably a universal going bad, and the popping out is probably caused by worn sifter bushings

if its a quiet type popping that comes out of their mouth or nose then they are congested. Possibly because of poor habitat cleanliness or they are coming down with a respiratory infection.
