There is no age limit or requirement on protein shakes, most protein shakes (whey) are fine for you if made by a trusted company. The main component of almost all protein shakes is the whey, which is a natural dairy product.
yes! protein shakes help you build lean muscle. If you work out as well, it will speed up the process and you will build muscle. The best times for taking protein shakes are in the morning and right after working out. When you work out, your muscles tear. The protein shakes fill those tears to help build muscle faster.
yes it is and i am glad to help just to let you know I am a science teacher any questions ask me
Yes it is ok, as long as they don't over do it.
no itis not ok to drink womens urine it has bacteria and is different from mens urine
Yes. You do not specify, however, the kind of work out, so it is difficult to be more specific. However, make sure that calories from proteins do not make up more than about one-third of your total calories. Normally a post-workout shake should have, in addition to protein, some high glycemic index carbs to help transport the protein into the muscle cells.
NO because when you run it shakes up the sugar, causes gas to build up and then you don't feel good. TRUST ME IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE!
No do not drink it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From what I was told by my pharmacist, it should be ok to mix it with some juices and gatorade but you must avoid mixing it with any dairy or protein shakes as that can cause the drug to not work. Something to do with the calcium and magnesium negatively interacting with the antibiotic.
Usain Bolts eats sour Patches or gummy worms and also a ice cream bar.................... Ok now that's what I eat before a race Usian really eats really some carbs or just drinks Gatorde or just plain water
