That would depend on many things. Your gender, your age, her age, etc. It is not uncommon for young siblings of any gender to bathe or shower together, but if there becomes any hint of sexual overtones, the practice should probably stop. Ultimately, if you and your sister, and your parents have no issues with it, there's probably no harm in it.
