You should be able to. If you buy a semi-automatic power antenna you will get a small under dash switch in the kit that will raise and lower the antenna when you press it. If you buy a fully automatic, it will turn go up and down when you turn on the radio; however, there is more wiring involved and sometimes radio disassembly. Check with larger auto stores for brands like HARADA.

Yes...and most of them came with the 700r4. If it wasn't originally equipped the 700r4 then you may have to change the tranny cross member.

To change the antenna cable on a 1998 Buick LeSabre Limited, a person has to unscrew the old antenna cable from the back of the radio. Then pull the antenna wire out from under the dash and follow it to the antenna. Unscrew the old cable from the antenna. Screw in the new cable and thread it back under the dash in the same path as the old cable and screw it to the back of the radio.
This procedure is done exactly the same as you would change a monaural antenna.
I believe you have to take off the Wheel Well liner and access to access the antenna.
