Is it possible to eat healthy on a budget?

It's extremely easy, because you'd eat mostly raw ingredients --
vegetables, fruits, milk, grains, etc. The more that food is
processed, the worse it is for you -- and often the most expensive
due to the processing costs, advertising, etc. A large salad with
some cooked beans and a small can of tuna or cheese is a fabulous,
filling thing to eat and costs very little. In addition, drinking
plain water (tap or in large jugs) is probably the healthiest way
to drink and also the cheapest.
