I got 22 inch rims on my 99 Tahoe and i went and got superchips programer. That gives you the option to setup the tire size so your speed and mileage is right. And with that you can do alot more like program it to shift press, shift point, read DTC .
As long as the over all diameter of your new rim and tire combination matches your factory specs, you will not need to recalibrate anything.
