The answer is yes and no - depending on what you have in that salad. Obviously, lots of greens and vegetables with little or no salad dress will increase your weight loss. However, most of us love to slather on that ranch or ceasar dressing and it sort of defeats the purpose of eating a salad to lose wight.

If you want to lose weight quickly, the thing you have to do is to burn more calories than you eat, this way you will lose weight, but if you can't do that, I left you a link in my bio that might help you
