Hi, This isn't worrisome no but if you miss your period completely then perform a pregnancy test or see your DR for a pregnancy blood test. If your period was 4-5 days late then several things can cause this, including missing pills or stress or even being ill can delay your period. I am not sure but this just happened to me. I have had an IUD (Mirena) for 4 years and had not been having any periods. Recently, I lost almost 40 lbs and now I am having a regular period.
