He'd probably catch on. Especially with the games where there are only a few movements like Bowling, Baseball, darts, Golf, etc. All he has to do is imitate the movements a real player would make. As for some of the games that are more video-game like, he might have more trouble because they sometimes take some coordination that he may not have yet.
