Unfortunately, no.
There is a 3 day rescission period for home loans but apparently not for cars (which doesn't seem to make sense as it is the second biggest ticket item most people are likely to buy).
That law only applies to unsolicited sales. A automobile is a solicited sale as you go to buy the car the dealer does not come to you.
