Not in original configuration. All production Chevrolet Camaro cars to date have used a front engine rear drive configuration using a straight axle in the rear. As such, all of the drive axles used are straight axles using no joints.
Joints are used in the longitudinal driveshaft (connecting the transmission to the rear differential) and are somewhat similar to a CV axle but is not quite the same thing.

yes it does!! the front axles on your car a called cv axels, the joint on the axel is called a cv joint!!
2 hours labor.
no
If it's a 4-wheel drive then it could be the axel joint / CV joint. It could also be the brake pads.
There is a keeper ring that must be "popped" into it's groove within the trans-axel. Line the shaft as staight as you can and give it a swift tap at the thread end with a rubber hammer toward the trans. Most of the time I can feel it click in with the hand that's holding the axel.
how do you replace a CV joint on a 1992 Chevy pickup?
You did not say what year it was, and that makes a difference. But you can check these things--- U-joints in front drive shaft, Front CV joints and axel shafts.

I would say it is the left axel shaft.
Need to replace the CV Joint, there are 2 per axel shaft if it's a 4x4 If you turn hard right and it pops then the outside CV joint needs replaced on the passenger side. If you turn hard left then it is the outside joint on the driver side that's bad.
Yes the CV axel will fit from 89- 92 also from 98-92 Toyota Crolla
