Yes, there should be one.
It don't have 1. If you want the fuel pump to NOT work then remove the fuel pump fuse are relay. That is the ONLY shut off there is.
unless it was wrecked right before you bought it i doubt the fuel shut off is going to fix your problem. instead i suggest checking the fuel pump relay and or the pump itself.

At the right side of the back inside just after the right wheel wall or cover,theres a latch where the jack and tools located.....Reach in and find the fuel switch shut off.

If you mean a inertia switch that shuts off the fuel pump in case of a wreck or something, No. The computer shuts it off if the engine is not running.
Seats from a 02 Tahoe will not fit in a 98 Tahoe. The 98 Tahoe is smaller than the 02.
