all cars in the U.S. are required to have a fule cutoff switch for collision safety standards this started in the early 90's I cant tell you whare it is located but alot of GM vans and SUV's have a button under the carpet in the rear of the van/SUV.
If it will not start, replace the fuel filter.
The 1995 Pontiac Transport air conditioning relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The air conditioning relay switch will be at the top of the third column.

Oil pressure sender /fuel pump switch for 1995 Pontiac transport 3.1 is located between oil filter and starter at front of engine.
To disable a kill switch the wiring would have to be modified to bypass the switch. This is not advisable as the switch is a safety feature.

There is no neutral safety switch on a 85 fiero with a manual transmission. There is a clutch pedal switch under the dash. The car will start in any gear, as long as the clutch pedal is depressed.
I don't know the specific location but it is screwed into the transmission somewhere.
