Is there a fuse box or relay switch other than the glove box for a 1992 dodge ram van B-250 mark III conversion that works the TV and overhead lights?

Yes there is a big fuse box under the hood. I have a 1998 mark3 conversion van my daughter put a penny in the cigarette lighter and it took out a big 30amp fuse there under the hood they look like plastic cans with a clear top so you can see the blown metal inside. I found it on my own everyone I talked to said the penny fried wiring because all the fuses under the dash were good. I think because it is a conversion van auto people dont know about its location under the hood.
