I just took my 2004 silverado to the dealership before my warranty runs out. The radio had a light out on the tuner knob and I had a light out in the dash behind the oil pressure. The dealership told me that the radio would have to be replaced and the dash membrane would have to be replaced. I asked them point blank about the radio light. They said "No way to replace the bulbs." I don't get it, but they replaced the radio under warranty.
Yes bulbs are replaceable. You need to track down the replacement Chevrolet/delco bulbs remove the burnt out bulbs using solder and then reheat the solder and install the new replacement.
The bulbs are actually soldered into the circuit board. The only way to change them is to dismantle the whole cluster and desolder then re-solder the bulbs.
It is completely up to you. If you do update your bulbs you will probably save money in the long run. You don't have to replace all your bulbs at once replace one or two at a time that way you aren't spending too much at one time for new bulbs.
There is only one way to replace the bulbs. Twist the tube 90 degrees and remove from end sockets. Slide the tubes into the sockets and turn 90 degrees. Turn the fixture on and the job is done.
You're replacing the bulbs to lower your electricity bill? There's no way to replace the heat loss. If you buy an electric heater your monthly bill will be higher. You have to decide whether you can adapt to the heat loss by wearing a sweater indoors. If not, you might decide not to switch bulbs.
Take another look at the assembly. You do not need to release the springs in order to replace the bulbs.
I had to pull off the front bumper to replace the ballast and high and low beam bulbs. that's the only way that I know. I had to do this 2 times when the other bulb went out.If the bulb you replace does not work then it might be the ballast.

The eaiest way is to remove the front clip of the car, but some people are actually able to reach and replace the bulbs from underneath the car.
Fuse, brake switch, bulbs. Replace whatever the problem is. There is no way to know without being hands on. Bulbs most likely answer.
The easiest way to reset your 2002 VW Beetle radio is to remove the radio fuse. Keep the radio fuse out for 10 seconds and replace it to its original slot.
you have to take it to the dealership. been there before no other way it's about 150.00 for them to reprogram the radio to the truck
Just contact Motorola. They should be able to tell you where to go to get a new two-way radio battery or help you get your old one to charge. Batteries.com will have the two way radio battery that you need. They have a huge variety and will be cheaper than getting one from Motorola.
