It is unlikely any legitimate university would admit you. A Bachelors in Talmudic Law means nothing scholastically; while it shows that you learned in a yeshiva for four years and may have kept a daily seder in learning a few perakim or masechtos, it says nothing about having strong skills in statistics, writing, or the sciences. If you have this "degree,' than you should check what courses are required to get into the graduate school you want to go to. You can enroll at a community college or take CLEPS in order to meet psychology, statistics and other requirements Hatzlacha rabba to you. If you haven't yet gone to college, than if you want to major in something, try Jewish Studies.

Does it have to be the same course in master's degree from the bachelor's degree?

It is not so much a question of better or not. It is a question of what your career goals and objectives are. For example, if you have a Bachelors degree in education and plan on staying in education, it would be appropriate to secure your Masters in the same or related field. If you have a Bachelors degree in education and now plan to seek employment in corporate management, then obviously a Masters in Organizational Management might be more appropriate. I all depends on what satisfies your goals and objectives. Viper1

How many months does it take to obtain a Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Psychology at University of Phoenix online?

The bachelor's is typically a four year program of study, however, with the way UOP has the semesters set up, you can cut some time off if you do not take breaks. The masters can take between two and three years (post bachelor's degree) to complete depending on the specific program of study.

Can you do a degree in primary education and then do a masters in psychology?

Yes you can. Many individuals take a master's degree in a field unrelated to their bachelor's degree. My bachelor's degree is in psychology with a collateral program in gerontology. However, my master's is in organizational management. Thus, you will just have to inquire about any prerequisite coursework required for the specific program of study in psychology (if any). If you have not completed any prerequisite coursework, you may have to complete that work at the undergraduate level first before being admitted.

What is the maximum number of years I have from after I receive my bachelor's degree until I begin a masters program?

Typically, there is no standard. After finishing a bachelors, and started my masters almost 19 years later. My bachelors is in psychology, and my masters is in organizational management. I do not recommend waiting that long. If you have the opportunity, start you masters as soon as you can. Once you stop going to school, it's very difficult getting back.

Is it possible to get a masters in psychology when you have a BA in art?

Yes you can. Many individuals pursue a master's degree that is unrelated to what they took their bachelor's degree in. My bachelor's is in psychology with a collateral program in gerontology. However, my master's degree is in organizational management. You will have to choose an institution that offers your intended major, and inquire about any prerequisite coursework required (if any). If the program does require some prerequisite coursework that you have not completed as part of your bachelor's degree, you may have to complete that coursework at the undergraduate level first before entering the program. Still, it is all doable. If you have a passion for the field, then just do it.
