I am not aware of anything similar in the US. There is Citizens Advice International which brings together citizens advice organizations from around the world. Included are England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, the Czech Republic and New Zealand. I have been trying to find out if anything similar exists in Canada and have not been able to find anything.
