Not likely.
Pseudo Interactive have shut down but they were working on several projects- one of which was a rumoured Carmageddon sequel and another game that could have been Full Auto 3...
...at least in the early stages.
I spoke to several of the guys (and girls) who worked on the series and the project that was in development was only called 'Full Auto 3' for a short while.
It actually evolved into a completely new game that would have inherited some of the FA features.
The project had at least two tentative titles which were 'DCAP' and 'Divided City'
I know where to find screenshots and running video of this project and you can instantly see that it had a similar style to the Full Auto games.

The mode your referring to sounds a lot like "NPPL mode". This when you fire semi auto for 3 shots and it then turns into full auto. Sadly the E-grip does not have this mode, though you can put it into full auto mode.
the only legal way is to put in a registered class 3 auto sear
The M16A1 is fully automatic.
Full Auto happened in 2006.
I have the same gun and i use it on full auto all of the time. So yes it has full auto.
It is capable of semi-auto or 3 round burst mode. However the M4A1 and Diemaco (now Colt Canada) C8 do have a full auto fire mode, rather than the three round burst.
Full Auto was created on 2006-02-10.
Do you mean the M249? Yes, that one is full auto.
