I see that you must have gotten their mailing for some sort of guardedly described enhancement product. The States seems to have a location in Cadillac, Michigan, affiliated with this name, as does a Canadian address in Apple Hill, Ontario.
By the way, I received the same mailing just a week or two ago.
My suspicion is that these are nothing more than entrepreneurs involved in a marketing campaign for a product they have purchased as an import enterprise through a source such as Alibaba.com.
Of course, I may be entirely wrong about this; but it seems too coincidental that the link to the example company I hope to attach offers several similarly described products.
In lieu of having any proper corporate name (if such is indeed the case), then it is a simple and useful promotional move for the sellers to just be identified with the name of the product.
