check to see if the window switch of the driver's side is getting power, if you are getting power to the switch and the switch is sending power out to the motor but the motor is not responding the motor needs to be replaced
Use a test light to see if the motor is getting power. If it is then motor is bad. If it is not getting power "jump" the wires on the switch to see if window will operate, is so switch is bad
with a test light ensure you are getting power out from the switch, at the same time you should be getting power out of the relay . if your not getting power to the switch but you do from the fuse it can also be in the line.-then determine the cause or keep a spare relay
Remove switch panel and jump wires on switch- if this works bad switch Remove door panel and see if the motor is getting power-if it is getting power, bad motor

remove door panel check to see if you are getting power and ground to motor. If so, bad motor--if no power to motor, check to see if you have power to switch if so ,bad switch--if not bad power feed to switch close but if the switch not on, you never get power to the motor.

Make sure that there is power getting to the ac clutch when the switch is jumped. If the power is there then the clutch is bad and needs to be replaced.

perhaps you overlooking the switch it self, it may be getting power but is not "transmiting" it.(switch is bad) or the wiring fro the switch to the motor.
