I don't think it's true. The same email was sent to me and the same offer they gave. The salary package is really that attractive that you can't say "No" for an answer but I had already experienced this kind of fraudism in the past. It's better that you contact the company HRD direct and verify if they have that person in their company.

Dear This seems to be phishing e-mail. Even I received such offer. I had experience in the past, once you send your acceptance , you will be asked to send money to their travel agency which they will claim will be refunded later, which is not going to happen. My advice is to Keep away and not respond.
