Generally:
There isn't a 'legal' age. It's pretty much whatever the parents want. That if, of course, if you are just watching kids for a family you know. However, if you want to get a job at a child care place, then it depends on the place itself
Yes and no...
yes because she/he is old enough to babysit..
and No because in Pennsylvania the babysitter might have to be older than that..
You might hae to ask and check..
Pennsylvania law does not have a minimum age requirement for babysitting. Discretion is up to the parents and maturity and responsibility levels should be taken into consideration.
Well, I'd say you need to be 9-10 to babysit family members 10-11 to babysit kids in your neighborhood 11-12+ to baby sit kids in the next town over.
yea sure if shes mature enough. if your talking about working in a business or something, than no.
what's the amount should charge for babysitting, how many hours should keep the children a day, and how many children you can babysit at a time?
Technically to legally babysit you have to be 12 i think, so as long as you are babysitting and the cops don't have a reason to drop by you should be fine, as long as it is OK with the people for whom you are babysitting
Children can be legally left home alone in Delaware at the age of 12, which is the age at which babysitting is allowed. Most sources however recommend that a babysitter be at least 14 or 15 years old.
Many places allow you to legally "divorce" your parents or children. If your son is legally an adult than you should be able to do this, if not, don't bother.
You can visit www.SearchKindly.com (a search engine) and type in "babysitting" or "babysitting tips" and stuff should come up.
They should just like anyone else but I doubt they do legally
You should probably try to get people close by in your neighborhood (this will be easier for transportation) and if you are younger like 12-15 then you should try to babysit children you know.
Children should not watch children. If you have someone watch your children they should be paid the going rate for the job. Having responsibility for a child's care and welfare is a bigger job than most children are able to do. There is more to child care or babysitting than most people are aware of. Anything can happen at any given time and a child (if chosen to do this job) should be able to make adult choices about any given situation that may occur. If you have a child babysit, this child should be paid the going rate that any adult would make.

You should consult with an attorney. Your ex-wife's new husband would need to agree to legally adopt the children and take on the responsibility of financial support. You should consult with an attorney. Many jobs (not just babysitters) get paid by the hour because the more hours you work, the most labour you have to use, and therefore the more you should be paid. Babysitters also get paid based on how many children they're caring for because babysitting many children requires more work, energy, and supervision than just babysitting one or two children.
Have fun with the kid! Do things they like to do!
